The Orkel compactors are able to bale a wide variety of bulk or chopped material like forage maize, grasses, forage mixes/TMR, crimped grain and manure. Our compactors are currently in use for more than 25 different materials, and still expanding to new areas of use. Packing forage in Orkel high density bales have proven to give 20% - 36% increase in dairy and meat production, compared to using bunker silo.
