Machine is suitable for efficient cleaning and grading of seed of all crops such as wheat, paddy, barley, maize, millers, sunflower, soyabean, oil seeds, flower seed. fooder/forestry seeds and various spices etc.

Working
Material is fed into a feed hopper where they drop through a spealing screen which is placed in the hopper and passed through a controlled gate on the cleaning screen and grading screen for separation according to width and thickness. Cleaning and grading screen are kept cleaned by specially designed nylon brushes. After passing through grading screen material passes through air blast where light particles are removed by a strong upward drought of air Final product and impurities are collected separately through discharge chutes.
