Working
Material is fed into a hopper from where it s evenly distributed by a feed roller and dropped through a control gate on to the top sieve. Before felling on the top screen, material is subjected to primary aspiration which drains off dust chaff, straw & other light mpurrties. Material then passes through three sieve layers for separation according to width and thickness. Cleaned material again passes through air sitter and aspirator where the remaining light particles are sucked off by a strong upward draught of air; Final product and impurities are collected separate!/ through discharge chutes,
