Hebei APM - Model 5XFS -Air Screen Seed Cleaner
The Air Screen Seed Cleaner is designed to efficiently clean and classify various agricultural materials, including wheat, grains, and beans. Utilizing a combination of a vertical air screen and a vibration grader, it is adept at removing light impurities and sorting materials into different sizes—big, medium, and small—with its multi-layered sieves. The machine can achieve product purity levels between 98 to 99%, with a production capacity ranging from 5 to 10 tons per hour depending on the material processed and impurity levels. It is constructed with high-quality steel and equipped with brand motors, ensuring operational efficiency and longevity. The configuration includes a bucket elevator, dust catcher, vertical screen, and vibration sieve grader, all meticulously assembled to minimize damage during processing. It fits seamlessly into plant layouts, supported by elevators both integrated and separated, and is capable of being loaded efficiently into shipping containers.
The Air screen cleaner cum grader is to clean light impurities through vertical air screen and then the vibration grader can clean big and small impurities and classify the material into big, medium and small size with different layers of sieves.
This seed cleaner can separate the stone different size with material, the same size stone with grain or seedneed Gravity Destoner.
