Albach - Model Silvator 2000 -Mobile Chipper
The Silvator 2000 is a mobile chipper vehicle for the production of woodchips. It was developed with innovative technology and sizeable scale to meet the demands of today’s forest industry. The Silvator 2000 is maneuverable and flexible in its deployment, even in difficult terrain. The machine can turn any size of tree trunk into woodchips; so additional pre-chopping is not necessary. The Silvator 2000 is prepared for any size timber, with a chipping width of 1200 mm (47 inches) and a feed width of 1730 mm (68 inches).
These ideal work conditions allow operators to reach the maximum potential in woodchip production. Easy-maintenance drives, central lubrication, automatic blower- and engine management, as well as electronically controlled hydraulic compensation of the crane’s outrigger, permit top performance with very low maintenance costs. The cabin of the mobile chipper can be elevated, so the operator always has an optimal view.
