AlgaGenPods - Parvocalanus

Parvocalanus crassirostris from Hawaii. A bay-type calanoid. Reports of up to 60/mL densities-outstanding. They are a small copePOD with a tiny nauplii 40-50um. Hyper-spacing observed (strong escape response). They work great in a mesocosm approach.
