Alu Party Tent
The Alu Party is the ultimate entry model. It is an economical alternative to the famous Aluhall. The facade may have 3 different shapes: a smooth facade, an oblique facade or a bay facade.
Construction
It is a self-supporting anodised aluminium construction on galvanised steel base-plates. The standard anchoring is realised with stakes. The stability is ensured using wind bracing. The legs and roof beams are connected to each other by a separate galvanised steel connection. The ridge connection is also made from galvanised steel. All the large parts of the tent are fastened together using nuts and bolts. Connection using pins is available at an extra charge.
Roof and gable fabrics
Roof and gable fabrics are made from white translucent, white non-translucent or coloured PVC-coated polyester fabric. The roof fabric is stretched with ratchets. The ratchets are hooked to the legs. The roof fabric is curved at the side with a maximum free clearance height in the centre (2.2m) and a minimum free clearance height close to the end (2m). Flame retardant according to the French standard M2, German standard DIN 4102 B1 and British Standard BS 5438. The fabric is UV-stabilised and treated against deterioration due to rot and mildew.
Sidewalls
The sidewall fabrics are made from PVC coated polyester fabric (white translucent, white non-translucent or colour). Flame retardant according to the French standard M2, German standard DIN 4102 B1 and British Standard BS 5438. The fabric is UV-stabilised and treated against deterioration due to rot and mildew. The sidewalls are slid into the side purlin with canopy nails. The sidewalls slide in the well known ‘end - end’ system with a keder in the keder track of the end arches. The sidewall is attached to the connection bars at the bottom with straps. This prevents the fabric from flapping in strong winds. One sidewall is made from two sections connected with a zip.
