AMS - Model 401.40 -33 Inch Plated Step Soil Probe w/ Handle, 5/8 Inch Thread

Built-in foot steps allow for additional pressure to be exerted while driving soil probes into the soil. There are two and one-piece models available. The two-piece model includes a 10" rubber-gripped cross handle. The same handle is welded to the one-piece model. Both step probe models have an outer diameter of 7/8" and cut a 5/8" X 12" soil core. This specific soil probe is constructed of nickel-plated chromoly and has heat-treated tips.
