Waste Spectrum - Model 75 Series -Animal Waste Incinerator
The 75 Series Incinerator by Waste Spectrum is a compact yet robust solution tailored for incinerating poultry, small animal carcasses, and butchery waste. Engineered with high-quality components, the model integrates a unique monolithic casting system that enhances its durability and functionality. Designed for ease of installation, this incinerator requires minimal training to operate and is compatible with both mains and bottled gas including LPG and natural gas. Its low capacity status ensures that it does not require planning permission for typical farm or light industrial applications. Whilst the smallest in the range, the 75 includes many of the high-quality manufacturing processes and components seen in the larger models. Easy to site and requiring no specialist training the 75 is a highly versatile incinerator ideal for poultry, small animal carcasses and butchery waste.

Machine Construction
Integral to each model in the range is the unique Waste Spectrum monolithic casting system:
- Ensures maximum strength and reliability in comparison to bricked linings
- Materials expand and contract at the same rate as opposed to bricks and mortar
- Prevents animal fats penetrating the lining which prolongs the life of the incinerator
- Insulating board is used to reduce heat loss
- Maintains an even working temperature for the refractory
- Our Stainless Anchor System maintains the integrity of the lining
