Apple Proliferation Group Phytoplasma PCR

Detects  Apple Proliferation, European Stone Fruit Yellows and Pear Decline Phytoplasma without discrimination. The PCR sets contain a lyophilized Premix (primer/dNTPs) as well as a Positive and Negative Control. The complete PCR reaction kits contain the PCR set as well as DNA Polymerase, PCR water and reaction buffer mix.
