The products that AQUA VET represents and distributes in Greece and in the wider Mediterranean region include specialised and authorised formulations for use in farmed fish.
Special emphasis is given in the prevention of predominant diseases through specialised products such as vaccines, anaesthetics, immunostimulants, nutritional agents, disinfectants and cleaners. In parallel, our products include antimicrobial agents and antiparasitics which are administered in cases of verified infection that requires treatment. The administration of these therapeutic agents is performed after diagnosis by a qualified veterinarian and they are available on prescription.
The documentation of disease outbreaks in farmed fish is constantly being performed by our scientific personnel and in collaboration with international research laboratories we aim in the isolation of the causative agent and in the subsequent development of effective preventive strategies and products.
