STARK RELAX - Articulated Plow for Over 6t Machines

Thanks to the patented RELAX blade release mechanism, the plow can also be used to remove packed snow. The RELAX articulated plow can be attached to property care machines, tractors and wheel loaders.

The plow boasts excellent snow throwing properties, thanks to the optimal wing geometry, large turning angle and sufficient blade angle. Its structure, advanced floating properties and optimized weight also make it stable and easy to push. With the RELAX articulated plow, heavy snow can be cleared efficiently off footpaths, cycleways and forest roads. The wings of the articulated plow turn ± 38 °, making snow removal easy and effortless.

The plow exploits FLOATING FRAME technology to enable vertical and horizontal floating, which ensures smooth plowing result even at high speeds. When plowing, the plow slides steadily on the rotating and infinitely adjustable support legs.

Thanks to the RELAX blade system, the blade remains locked during plowing, resulting in a smooth surface and significantly less packed snow. When the blade hits an obstacle, the blade system lock is released, the blade body turns backwards, and the blade gets over the obstacle. This protects the driver, the attachment, and the base machine from collision damage. A plow with a RELAX blade system can be pushed forcefully against the ground to remove packed snow.

The articulated plows are equipped with bolted edge wear pieces that allow plowing against the curbs of the street. The NL3300R-NL4000R models come with a throwing cone wing and a two-piece articulated rubber.

With a set of bolt-on STARK FIT adapters, the plow can be swiftly attached to different base machines.

A wide range of hydraulic options is available for RELAX articulated plows. The four-function valve, available as an option, adds to plowing efficiency on roads and yards. With the four-function valve the plow blades can be moved diagonally. In addition, the four-function valve enables a simultaneous forward and backward movement of the plow blades.
