Astorplast Astorflow - Model 5 -Fish Transport Valve
Astorflow 5 is a 4-1 valve primarily designed for fish transport. One gate in and four gates out, or vice versa, depending on the customer`s needs. It is gentle on the fish, while being easy to clean, maintain and operate. It has several openings for washing, disinfection, flushing and drainage.
The valve is equipped with visual indication and inductive sensors for ball position. The valve has 4 systems for positioning, 2 manual and 2 electric, where both electrical systems communicate with remote control. Calibration and control can be carried out without disassembling the pipe. You will receive an alarm if a mechanical fault occurs, or the remote control needs to be calibrated. This ensures fish welfare when the valve is in use.
One Astorflow 5 can replace four traditional 3-way valves.
