Roto Grain - Model 2 - Auger Bagging Machine

The feeding systems could be 4 different types:

• "O" with a 700lt hopper located on the top and feedable by a loader.
• "P" with 1200lt hopper positioned on top and feedable by a loader.
• "Q" with a small hopper positioned by side of the machine and a inclined transporter 120 x 400 by auger, driven by hydromotor. See picture below left.
• "R" with a a big hopper made in two parts, one horizontal and another inclined. The horizontal part is suitable to accept dumping trailers unloading. See picture below right.
• Both conveyors are driven by hydromotors that rotates the feeding augers.

The machine is supplied "naked", without feeding options and in case you need some feeding possibility or particular setting, hereafter a list of options we suggest to keep in consideration:

• "O" hopper 700 lt.
• "P" hopper 1200 lt.
• "Q" feeding auger Ø120 x 4000 hydraulically driven with a small hopper 100 x 120 cm and wheels.
• "R" feeding auger in two parts, hydraulically driven: inclined Ø250 x 3700 + horizontal hopper 2500 x 800mm with wheels , for dumping trailers two hydroengines to drive the augers (horizontal and vertical).
• "G" 1000 rpm pto (standard is 540).
• "N" independent hydraulic (normally the hydroengines are driven by hydraulic hoses to connect to the tractor`s links).

The mill unit is available in different sizes and capacities. The rolls used are 33cm diameter with standard lenght of 60cm, in case of special request it is possible to get rolls with the following lenght:

• 90cm or 120cm.
• The output is direct proportional to the roll`s lenght and indirect proportional to the number of teeths.
• The rolls availables has different teeths number that must be specified when ordered : 3,2 teeths/cm for oat / barley / wheat and 2,7 teeths/cm for mais
• In addition the rolls has induction treated rolls with 45 Rockwell hardness and in addition a surface chroming arriving 55/60 Rockwell hardness.
• The shape of the teeths is different and asymmetric in order to be more agressive on the working face. The rolls are teethed helicoildally and turns on different speed.
• On special request it is possible to install on the base machine RotoGrain2 also a double stack roller mill or a hammer mill, depending on the particle size requested by final customer.

Machine as it is supplied : the RotoGrain 2 is supplied without any device to feed the machine, so for that reason it is suggestable to adopt one of the following options:

• "O" : hopper 700 lt.
• "P" : hopper 1200 lt.
• "Q" : feeding auger Ø120 x 4000 hydraulically driven with a small hopper 100 x 120 and whhel.
• "R" : feeding auger in two parts hydraulically driven: inclined Ø250 x 3700 + horizontal hopper 2500 x 800mm with wheels, for dumping trailers.
• "G" 1000 rpm pto (standard is 540).
• "N" independent hydraulic (normally the hydroengines are driven by hydr aulic hoses to connect to the tractor`s links).

The "selfpowered" RotoGrain2 version allows great bagging performances, and the same machine is capable to bag and extract , with a feature to install. This is the only bagger that allows to double the operations in one single machine.

In any time the machine is possible to convert from "without roller mill" to "with roller mill" adding the mill.
