Deep Sand Technology - Model FJD AT1 -Auto Steering Kit for Precision Farming
The FJD AT1 Auto Steering Kit is designed to enhance efficiency in agricultural operations by providing precision navigation for various machinery, including tractors and harvesters. It achieves sub-inch accuracy through the combination of GNSS and RTK correction signals, ensuring precise alignment along straight lines, curves, and concentric circles. The system offers multiple modes such as straight-line, curve, A+ line, and pivot to accommodate diverse field shapes and operational requirements. Terrain compensation is achieved via an IMU sensor, maintaining consistent line accuracy even on sloped fields. Data can be transferred between machines using USB in the .SHP and .ISOXML formats for better field management. The unit`s ISOBUS-compatible user interface supports dynamic data visualization and implement control. Safety is prioritized with manual intervention modes, and an Ω-shaped route feature allows efficient turns in irregularly shaped fields.
