Hypro - Automatic Cross-Cutting System

Automatic cross-cutting system is available as an optional extra with HYPRO 450 XL. Lever for feeding and crosscut saw is then replaced by an EHC joystick where feeding is controlled by the joystick’s forward/backward movement and the crosscut saw is controlled via push button. With the automatic cross-cutting system activated, the operator holds the lever in drawn position so that the machine itself feeds forward, searches for the set cut window in length and stops – either via the pre-set length pre-sets or the measuring computer selects length itself according to the diameter of the trunk via the adjustable cross-cutting list.
