Drip irrigation water is an irrigation method that delivers cleaned water and fertilizer through drippers to soil surface or inside (plant root zone) in small, but steady streams or drops.
The drip irrigation method provides high irrigation efficiency, requires low pressure to dissipate water, does not require corrective work in uneven areas, allows for the management of soil salts and ensures constant water supply through circuits.
Drip irrigation prevents the moistening of the upper parts of the plants, and the land between the plant zones remains dry.
Ideal drip irrigation is possible by ensuring the flow of water from all drops. Thus, dyring irrigation period necessary amount of water is delivered to every plant. During drip irrigation, dissolved water distribution allows to significantly reduce the amount of dried ground from the root zone; thus, providing required amount of water to reach that zone.
Drip irrigation prevents the formation of gypsum layer in the soil, reduces water loss by evaporation. It is possible to arrange automatic control. Drip irrigation requires low labor and workmanship, what in its turn reduces operating costs.
Can be used for various products such as onions, potatoes, corn, cotton, tomatoes, vegetables, strawberries, grapes, melons, watermelons, sunflower and floriculture products.
- Provides water saving.
- Soil salinization is prevented.
- The plant is provided with sufficient water.
- Since the water source is close to the plant, it has a positive effect on the body and the product development in the root part.
- Due to the fact that the soil outside the plant does not irrigate, it prevents the growth of wild plants.
- Effective work can be achieved due to non- pollution of soil.
- Since the fertilizer is fused in water, it is transmitted to the plant individually and the amount of consumption decreases.
- Energy costs are minimized as the system works with low pressure.
