The tractor side of the Middlefield type trough is higher than the cow side, which stops so much food being nosed out. Silage feed bunkers are made with 3.2mm steel plate and can be any length up to 20ft. They can be moved with pallet fork positions underneath. The Standard Silage Bunker has diagonal barriers on three sides.
