Demir - Base Single Packing Machine

Best way to retain product freshness and preserve quality by packing harvested materials in a range of 25-50 kg bags and also other industrial products such as manure, fertilizer, bolt etc. Our machines not only provide a significant contribution in the feeding animals by preserving materials’ longtime freshness and productivity to the livestock sector but also decrease workload of industrial sectors. Machine has bunker, conveyor and packing unit. You can use the closing with two system. System 1 has vacuum + press + hot sealing. System 2 has vacuum + clipping + sewing. Capacities can change up to materials to pack, target weight and closing system.

Back Bunker

Materials can be load into the bunker by using tractor without any necessary of other heavy equipments. Folding sidewalls up to the road and working position. Synchronize working with machine. Automatic control and speed adjustable.

Vertical Conveyor

Direct transfer of materials from back bunker to top bunker. Synchronize working with back bunker and top bunker. Fast material circulation. Chain or rubber system options. Automatic control and adjustable conveyor speed.

Top Bunker

Provide regular feeding and and filling of material. Prevent blockages and bag damages. Accurate and sensitive weighing with 3 pieces loadcell. Synchronize working with back bunker and vertical conveyor.

Filling Unit

Provides filling slowly the materials and minimizing the bag damage. Filling diameter is 28 – 32 cm. When the bag is ready for filling bag holders close and filling start automatically by touching the sensor. When the bag reached target weight bag holders open automatically

Bag Conveyor

Provide smoothly transferring the bag to the vacuum, sewing and pressing unit. Easy transfer without any human power. Control by foot pedal.

Vacuum Unit

Thanks to vacuum pipe integrated to the the machine, materials remain as fresh as the first day of packing. If no need the vacuum, vacuum options can close easily by control board.

Press Unit

Provide more product with less space. Minimum 300 – 350 kg pressure. Well shaped and tight bags. Easy stock. Adjustable press time

Hot Sealing Unit

Provide strong and safe sealing. Easy use with foot pedal. 3 line resistant. Adjustable heating and timing.

Clipping Unit

Tight clipping by pneumatic system. Easy and fast operation. Optimum result for big capacities.

Sewing Unit

Bag sewing in 4 – 7 seconds. Daily 4000 – 5000 bags sewing capacity. Comfortable and easy use with balancer. Manuel or automatic sewing.

Automation PLC

Easy use. Control and interfere all units. Remote control system. Multi language options.
