Bed Preparation Wagons

The bed preparation wagon is used to make the layout on the bed before casting wide slabs. The machine is provided with steel guiding tubes for pulling the necessary wiring on the bed. Also the machine can be provided with a hot glue system to glue al the necessary polystyrene on the bed. The back side of the machine contains exchangeable racks for all steel work to lay out on the bed. For electrical hand tools, the machine is provided with electrical sockets all around. By the use of the preparation wagon, all the necessary equipment to lay out the bed is in hand reach, which gives you maximum efficiency and speed to lay out the bed. The machine can be powered on battery, 24 VDC or can be provided with a cable drum, 400 VAC To create even more efficiency and speed, it is ideal that besides the preparation wagon also a wide slab plotter is used. A Plotter automatically draws all the positions on the steel bed.
