Berardinucci - Model TORNADO -Olive Harvesting Vibrating Device
The TORNADO model is a newly designed vibrating machine with innovative features. Designed and built specifically for the olive harvest, its exceptional versatility of use makes it very efficient also for the harvest of walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cherries and plums.
All the controls and movements of the TORNADO can be carried out by means of a remote radio control which allows the operator to position himself a few steps from the plant ensuring an optimal grip of the vibrating head. The vibrating head with patented gripping and suspension system has been designed and engineered to avoid any type of damage to the bark and allows it to work very well both on the trunk and on the branches, guaranteeing a very high harvest yield.
The connection to the tractor takes place in a very simple way through the three-point hitch and cardan joint, without further mechanical adaptations. The reduced weights and dimensions allow it to be used even with small tractors.
The TORNADO model is designed for the application of the RMA 1 reverse umbrella.
- The weight of the machine is supported by the support wheels without weighing on the tractor;
- Hydraulic oil tank obtained in the frame;
- 180 ° rotation of the telescopic arm;
- Double extension of the telescopic arm that allows a maximum working distance of mt. 6.5;
- Lift of the telescopic arm up to 90 ° with a working height up to mt. 5.5;
- End of the telescopic arm with lateral, vertical and oblique movements of the vibrating head.
