Negri - Model R130 -Bio-Shredders
The R130 bio-shredder is a hobby machine for the reduction of wood with a maximum diameter of 30 mm (main hopper) / 65 mm (side hopper), deriving from the maintenance of green areas.
The following cutting system is installed in the machine:
- Rotor with 22 mobile reversible hammers in hardened steel (main hopper) + 2 resharpenable blades in hardened steel (side hopper).
The ejection blades inside the rotor allow the chips to be expelled directly without any additional fan with related transmission, thus reducing maintenance and noise.
All versions are characterized by careful technical choices:
- Mobile refining screen - guarantees the fineness of the chips.
- Dischagre to ground - allows even the discharge of the wettest shredded material, avoiding the machine`s obstruction.
- Two big wheels (motorized versions) and three swivel wheels + PTO (two-wheel tractor version) - facilitate the displacement of the machine.
The electric versions and the two-wheel tractor version are equipped with direct belt transmission.
The petrol versions are equipped with belt transmission with clutch.
The tractor version is equipped with transmission with gearbox and elastic joint and is supplied with a three-point linkage.
All versions are manufactured in compliance with the latest European safety standards.
