BioConsortia - Biostimulants
The AMS process has yielded two biostimulant product leads – Vermillion and Zaffre – for fruit and vegetable crops. Both showed consistent increases in yield of around 15% in multiple fruit & vegetable crops. These are currently moving through the multi-state registration process.

Microbes contribute to the harvestable yield of crop plants through a variety of interacting mechanisms including plant growth stimulation, enhanced nutrient acquisition, and increased resilience to abiotic stress. These traits are seldom the result of one single microbe, but rather, are the product of interacting communities of organisms. We are currently trialing consortia products for corn, wheat, soybeans, and several vegetable crops that cover a wide spectrum of microbial processes, providing a more complete solution to improved plant productivity and yield.
