As a biologist in the 1990s, I realised that innovating in sustainability was not only a bet on the future, but could also be a wealth generating business through knowledge. With this idea in mind, I created the company FUTURECO, an acronym for ECOlogical FUTURE, in 1993. It was the beginning of an extraordinary project of a business committed to values in which what matters is what is contributed to society, not what is extracted from it.

Today, Futureco Bioscience’s mission is to lead the transition to regenerative agriculture, creating value through scientific knowledge and technological innovation.

Futureco Bioscience, which began its trajectory in 1993 in Catalonia, (Spain) develops its own lines of research to obtain new products (biostimulants such as rooting agents, amino acids, algae, phosphorus solubilizers, and biocontrol products such as fungicides, bactericides, and zero residue insecticides) that optimize crop yields, without risks to the environment.

With the aim of offering the farmer different sustainable alternatives to increase crop yields, Futureco Bioscience has a wide range of biostimulation and biocontrol products, including numerous products certified for organic farming.

In addition to being a fertilizer and biocontrol company dedicated to the manufacture of high quality products, we are committed to the environment and society, we incorporate sustainability in everything we do and contribute to the efforts to meet the Sustainable Development Goals.
