2000 Kg-day Blast Freezer is a heavy duty industrial grade large sized freezing unit with a dimension of 10 x 8 x 8.6 with all dimensions in feet. It is one of the economical and efficient methods for preserving both veg and non-veg products like fish, fruits, vegetables, puree, fish fillets, shrimp and many other products. The inner freezing cabin is fixed with horizontal stacks for keeping the materials. The component such as condenser, sub-cooler, fans, evaporators, receivers, etc.,are enclosed in a stainless steel casing. 2000 Kg-day Blast Freezer has a large capacity of 1000 to 2000 kilograms.
