ZSJ series automatic brine injectors have adjustable air piston stainless steel needles with a protective system to bounce up instantly on contact with bone to prevent needles from damaging, which makes the brine injection machines ideal for both bone-in and boneless meat and poultry products, including bacon, ham, beef, pork, pig feet, poultry or seafood. We supply automatic brine injectors with different needle quantities from 48-160 needles. Customization is available for the saline injection machine with more needles such as 240 needles, 480 needles, etc. Manual-type brine injectors for smaller capacities are also available.

What is a brine injector

Meat brine injector, also known as brine injection machine, is designed for pickling meat by injecting seasonings and saline into meat quickly, and evenly. The machine deeply penetrates, pickles, loosens the structure of the meat, makes the meat tender and soft, improves the taste of meat products, and increases the production rate of meat products. Brine injector is important for the production of ham sausage, meatballs, meat skewers, stewed products, deep processing of poultry, deep-fried, soaked sauce, pickled pepper flavor, beef jerky, poultry eggs, spicy, leisure, and other foods.

  1. Brine injector machines are made of food grade SUS304 stainless steel, which ensures longest service life and in accordance with food hygienic.
  2. The brine injection machine has a four-layer filter, which effectively reduce the possibility of injection needles clogging, increase the processing speed and the uniformity of the material. The transmission chain and needles are easily disassembled for replacement and cleaning.
  3. The injection pressure of this machine can be adjusted between 0.4-0.9MPa according to different specifications of the material to process. The pressure gauge shows the injection pressure intuitively and conveniently.
  4. ZSJ series brine injector uses variable frequency speed regulator, chain stepping distance, stepping speed and needle injection speed can be adjusted synchronously.
  5. The machine has bone induction device equipped for bone-in materials, such as meat with bone, whole poultry brids, etc. When bone is detected, only the needle that encounters the bone will stop the injection, and other needles works as normal.
