This machine was designed for smaller scale production and for cooperatives, large farms and companies which are just starting out in this business and unwilling to make major investments or do not have large facilities.

This machine can increase production substantially, enabling one person to the the work of approximately six people. This machine does not have the additional features that come with the SILEX floretting machine, but help to increase productivity and occupational health and safety.

The AERUS floretting MACHINE by Ait is ideal for small-scale producers. It separates the stalk from the florets conveniently while keeping operators safe. This enables you to lower labour costs and prevent accidents. It is a small, easy-to-use machine that is easy to maintain without the need for qualified technicians. Our machine was designed according to HACCP system guidelines and complies with all health, cleanliness and safety standards. It is fully manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel in our factory located in Tudela, Navarre, Spain.
