Cizo - Model HILO & PRO-1 -Broiler Feeding Pans
CIZO has a wide range of pan feeders for broilers. Mod. HILO and PRO-1 can turn into a lower plate (edge heigh 5 cm.) for the weaning phase of the chicks, thus avoiding stress due to the difficulty of finding the food, and into an upper plate (edge heigh 9 cm. from the bottom) for the phase of growth and fattening, avoiding wastage of feed on the litter. No need for any manual intervention on the feeder to get everything, it is sufficient to use the relative winching system. For this peculiarity these pans will give a great contribution to the profitability of livestock production.
Mod. F/1 and V/1 are designed in such a way as to adapt the feed level in the pan depending on the age of the birds. In the first phase of breeding, it is necessary to facilitate the feeding of birds, increasing the level of product in the pan. With these pans, you can do it, avoiding the operator’s manual intervention on each feeder, simply resting them on the litter through the winching system of the complete feeding line. Just as easily, when the weaning phase is completed, raising the line, the food level in the pan returns to a preset minimum quantity. In this way, birds always have fresh feed and in limited quantity, avoiding any waste. The operator also, if appropriate, can intervene manually on each feeder to change the minimum level of food in it.
