Cabinplant - Axial Roller Grader
The Cabinplant axial roller grader is designed for gentle and efficient size grading of various products according to thickness. The inclination angle of the rollers, the capacity and the grading accuracy are product specific. Equipped with infeed vibrator ensuring maximum utilization of roller length. The axial roller grader handles up to 5 gradings. To ensure gentle product treatment each pair of rollers rotate towards each other, thus pushing the product upwards instead of squeezing it during the grading operation.

Low water consumption
The machine is designed to convey the product without causing damage and to prevent that product is pulled through, which would result in incorrect grading accuracy. This is due to the specific rotation of the rollers.
The result is smooth and gentle conveyance and sorting of product. For fresh products, grading is yet more facilitated by continuous spraying of water to create a film around the rollers.
