CanaVac - Mobile Fish Pump Systems
Along with all the unique features of our stationary CanaVac systems, our mobile versions also include: Heavy Duty Trailer Construction: This dual axle trailer has a frame constructed of 6″, 6000 series marine grade aluminum with multiple cross members to accommodate the 4820 or 4840 CanaVac systems, dewatering box, optional weigh box and all their related equipment. The 16′ x 8′ deck is covered with 1/8″ aluminum non-skid checker plate. Coupling is done by either 2″ ball type hitch or pintle hook.
Lifting Boom
Mounted on the rear corner is a 800 lbs. jib boom, constructed of marine grade aluminum with dual “oil filled nylon” wear bearings. Hydraulic raise and swing (100 degrees) and 7′ reach. Included are 50′ of ¼″ galvanized steel cable with eyelet and lifting shackle. Our boom is rated for 800 lbs. (exclusive use for suction hose only).
Fully wired and “plumbed”
Trailers are fully wired with a 7 pin (round) connector for transport with D.O.T (Canada) regulation lighting which is recessed to prevent damage, and electric (breakaway) brakes on the second axle.
The trailer houses the hydraulic fuel and service water regulator tanks. A diesel driven hydraulic pump (1200–1500 psi) with filter, a 20 GPM service water pump and a 3″ hydraulic driven water pump to flood boat holds via hose or foot valve are included standard items, as well as all applicable hoses and fittings.
Operator Command Center
Houses all the controls necessary for precise hydraulic, engine and pump operation and can facilitate an optional chair and tool box.
Safety Minded
Equipped with engine safety shut down and a safety rail located at the operator station, as well as 4 corner support jacks and 2 in-board tie down straps for stable operation.
