WHAT CAN OUR CHAFF CUTTER DO?

FC-2.5 Diesel Driven Grass Chopper Straw Cutter is a silage crushing device driven by a motor or diesel used on the farm or mounted on tractors in the field.

It cuts green/dry grass, hay, and maize stalk for preparing Silage, which is used as animal fodder. The materials can be alfalfa, oats, wheat, cotton stalk, bark, straw, barley,  hay, corn, corn stalk, squeezed sugar cane, and various plant straws below 50mm in diameter can be chopped (including cotton stalks and branches)

Silage should be fine enough so that when it is packed, oxygen can be quickly eliminated for a good fermentation, but long enough for cud-chewing by cows. Alfalfa haylage should be 3/16 of an inch in length, unprocessed corn silage should be approximately 1/2 inch, and processed corn silage should be 3/4 inch.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF CHAFF CUTTER

Grass straw feed cutter machine FC-2.5D is made up of a feeding part, cutting and throwing part, transmitting part, walking part, and safety device, so it is reasonably structured and easy to be moved with autonomous feeding. It is safe and reliable. It is driven by the motor/diesel engine as power, first of all, power equipment idling for about 2 minutes, check whether the internal has noise and after speed to reach the rated speed (to maintain the machines and the power), then feeding grass, power equipment running through the belt pulley drive gear transmits power to the drive shaft, then the drive shaft will be transferred power to roller and grass-feeding device by gear at the other end and other components, transmission power to drive the hay into the studio by pressing grass roller, straw was chopped combined action with the fixed knife and the fast-spinning moving blades, the cutting grass outside of the hay cutter through the outlet port.
