Clevebio - Model Amnite C350 - Complex Carbohydrates and Sugars Degrading Product
Amnite C350 is suitable for treating effluents rich in vegetable organic materials which tend to suffer from problems of incomplete oxidation and poor sludge settlement. Typically these problems can arise in fruit and vegetable processing, paper manufacturing and in the textile industry.
The product contains:
- selected, naturally occurring micro-organisms to degrade sugars and complex carbohydrates
- surfactants to aid the degradation process
- free enzymes, nutrients and growth supplements
- cereal based carrier
The product contains 10 strains belonging to the Azotobacter, Bacillus, Pseudomonas and Chaetomium genera. The component strains include both aerobic and facultative organisms. The total viable count in the ready to use product is not less than 5.0 x 108 cfu/g.
Amnite C350 is suitable for treating effluents rich in vegetable organic materials which tend to suffer from problems of incomplete oxidation and poor sludge settlement. The product is suitable for treatment plants in the fruit and vegetable processing, paper manufacturing and textile industries. Amnite C350 is packaged in a mesh and used in conjunction with Cleveland Biotech’s Activation Unit (ABT100).
The Amnite C350 formulation contains growth supplements allowing the microorganisms in the product to be activated and cell numbers to be amplified before addition to the treatment system. During this process the microorganisms get transferred from the solid support to the aqueous phase allowing for ease of application.
Amnite C350 is a granular powder which rapidly degrades a wide variety of complex carbohydrates. A key feature of the product is the growth supplements present in the formulation which allows the product to be activated before application. This ensures that adaptation times in the treatment system are kept to a minimum. With continued use effects due to shocks and increased loadings can be very quickly remedied. The product is homogeneous and safe to use. It does not contain any pathogens.
Composting of Green Wastes
- Reduction in the time to complete the composting process
- Reduction in the weight, volume and odour of the compost material
