COCCUS - Model Titan -Medium and Large Biogas Plants for Agriculture and Livestock Farms

The COCCUS® Titan plants consist – depending on the biomass and the installed capacity – of one, two or three COCCUS® fermenters, with volumes ranging from 1,600 to 5,500 m³. These plants are suitable for use mainly with biomass with a low dry matter content, such as slurry, whey or certain waste generated by the processing of fruits and vegetables, or for specific biomass mixtures.

The REMEX® paddle agitators with which they are equipped are characterized by long blades arranged like a fan, which break the surface to prevent the formation of crusts or foam and continuously move the biomass in three dimensions, for effective mixing that involves the entire fermenting substrate. The mixing speed may be adapted to the substrate, thus limiting self-consumption. Biological desulphurization is integrated into the roof.

COCCUS® Titan plants are suitable for the generation of electricity (starting from 250 kW) and for the production of biomethane.
