FDE - Coils for Beer
Coils for food use cover 40% of our production and thanks to the various types of hoses we can satisfy the most diverse needs. It is a product that is used for various uses such as heating and refrigerating coffee, milk, beer, wine and water. For the realization of the coils for food use we mainly use AISI304 stainless steel , AISI316L stainless steel , AISI441Li stainless steel but FDE SOLAR meets the needs of its customers by ordering other materials or making the coils in working order with the material supplied by the customers themselves.
We use different tube diameters for machining from 3mm to 80mm with thicknesses that can vary from 0.2mm to 6mm.
The materials used are always certified and fully cover the demands of the market that constantly arrive.
Depending on the customer's requests, we can create different types, with single , double , elliptical or tube-in-tube tubes . Each coil can be completed with male/female fittings and any supports.
A special department has been created in FDE SOLAR for the processing of this type of coil so that the material used does not undergo contamination. The materials and production processes for heat exchangers for food use comply with the stringent requirements of the MOCA regulation (Materials and Objects in Contact with Food).
The production of coils in FDE SOLAR is usually customized : each model is made on specific request of the customer who can send a drawing and description of what is needed. Our Research and Development team will then study and evaluate what is required, agreeing any changes with the customer.
According to the various situations that arise, special equipment is made for bending and winding the coil itself. All tube bending machines are built internally by FDE SOLAR and have been CE certified for specific uses.
