LIPCO - Model Type FRD -Conveyor and Cleaning Unit

Attachment to three-point suspension. Unit to clean fruits by an exhauster and remove all greenery and wood. The cleaning system works faster than conventional systems nevertheless there is no degradation, the fruit quality (industrial quality) is still perfect. The fruits are vibrated and fall down on a cloth, then removed in a crate. There is no need anymore to touch and transfer the fruits several times. The crate is hydraulically lifted and the fruits are transported to the conveyor belt in a very gentle way. To charge small or big crates or even both – there are so many possibilities by using LIPCO conveyor and cleaning units. Tractor requires 1x pressure and 1x free return flow.
