Reinforced painted feed troughs by Cosnet are engineered for durability and efficiency in livestock feeding. Constructed from 2 mm sheet steel, these troughs are bent in a single length to enhance rigidity, while notched angles allow for superimposed ends with a weld bead to increase solidity. The troughs feature anti-rust protection, with polyurethane paint on the exterior and a bituminous coating on the interior for longevity. Designed for stability, they include two reinforcing cross bars inside and welded feed links with cross bars for sizes up to 6 meters. An anti-spillage rim, adjustable galvanised legs, and reinforcing triangular armpits further boost the structural integrity. These troughs also provide adjustable height to optimize feeding conditions and include a PVC threaded drain for easy cleaning. 1 PVC threaded drain through wall plug (Ø 45 mm).
