Our new model has a variable compaction chamber that increases the density of raw cotton by 10 times, so you can optimize the load capacity of trucks. From the fields into the warehouses or from warehoused to gins, large amounts of cotton are transported compactly in bales. It also allows to load as many cotton bales as possible (1 pc cotton bale = 160 x 120 cm - 800kg) onto trucks as permitted by traffic rules. Max payload of standart trailers can be used efficiently. Cotton Classification
Cotton that is kept for ginning in warehouses or outdoors can be mixed with cotton of different types and humidity from many different sources/suppliers. Different cottons at different humidity levels may interact with each other and cause them to lose their quality. With the Rime Cotton Baler machine, cottons from different suppliers can be baled, sorted and labeled according to their quality. In this way, quality and moisture interactions are prevented. This method ensures that the sorted moist products are primarily ginned without delay, so no more quality losses of the sorted moist products. This makes it possible to gin dry cotton at a later date without having any storage or quality problems. Thus, the ginning factory uses its capacity to the maximum and allows it to work even after the harvest season.
