Trojan - Cotton Shredder
Fitted with a unique flail pattern, the Trojan Cotton Shredder provides increased shredding efficiency, longer flail life and provides higher quality shredding on row crop configurations of cotton, corn, sorghum etc. The Trojans wear skins are all replaceable and the extra heavy-duty bearings are designed for trouble free replacement.

The gearbox is mounted in a significantly lower position to:
- increase lifting height while the machine is running, allowing the machine to continue running when turning around
- extending the life of the universal joint
- allowing for easier operation!
The Trojan’s unique flail pattern provides a superior shredding job as far more flails actually hit the stalk. This has a huge impact on the flail life and up to 9,000 acres on one set of flails is not unheard of. The pattern also ensures that the machine remains in balance as the flails wear down.
The Trojan Flail Shredder can shred anywhere up to 200 acres every 12 hours.
The working speed ranges from 5.5 – 10 mph depending on the tractor and crop size.
