Willburg Projecten - Covering Machine
The covering machine is a highly practical solution for applying various types of bark and other top dressing materials. This machine is easy to operate and can be integrated into almost any production line, whether you have a complete processing line or just a potting machine with a conveyor belt.
During the process, the pot or tray rotates through the machine, ensuring an even distribution of the top dressing material. Excess material is automatically removed by a vibrating mechanism. Using bark in pots significantly reduces weed growth, thus lowering the need for herbicides.
Since mid-2025, our covering machine has been equipped with an innovative update. This now makes it possible to apply top dressing to both pots and trays using a single machine, something that was not possible before.
