Generally, the recommended spacing is one lifter per foot across the header. Harvesting some row or bedded crops, where lifters mounted to the row or a combination of different Flexxifinger® lifters to maximize recovery have proven beneficial.

There are five available choices of fingers for the FlexxiFloat™ 100 Crop Lifter.  Please refer to specifications tab for additional product information.

** Some or all of these components are made of steel, therefore care must be exercised by the combine operator to minimize possible damage to the header/ combine.**

33080 Bean Lifting Pan
This pan attaches to the rail of the Flexxfinger’s® line of crop lifters and helps to:

• Pull edible bean pods above the knife
• Reduce shatter loss in dry field conditions by catching shelled seed that would otherwise be lost

32310 Carriage Bolt
This Carriage bolt is for select headers that have a poly skid plate held on by a 7/16” (11mm) carriage step bolt from under the header, which tapers to 10mm in order to mount the QD™ nut assembly.  

32312 Carriage Bolt
This Carriage bolt is for a header that uses a 7/16” (11mm) carriage bolt from under the header, which tapers to 10mm in order to mount the QD™ nut assembly.  

32314 Carriage Bolt
This Carriage bolt is used on a header that has a 10mm guard bolt from under the header, in order to mount the QD™ nut assembly.   

40090 Off-set Bracket
On headers that have 4”(100mm) spacing between the guards, there will be instances where the guard bolts do not line up with the guard point, making the installation of a lifter at specific intervals impossible. Flexxifinger® has engineered a patented bracket, to position a lifter on a guard tip that does not align with a bolt. This allows users to place Flexxifinger® lifters at intervals other than once every 12” (304mm).

73100 FlexxiFloat^™ 100 (Standard Rail)

• Gold-coloured receptor is 1.01”/26mm diameter
• Attaches to the header using QD^™ technology
• QD™ Nut Assembly included**
• Uses the either the 33058, 33058P, 33060P, 33060P.1 or 33064P nylon finger, sold separately

74100 FlexxiFloat^™ 100 (High-Pivot Rail)

• The pivot point is mounted higher on the rail than our standard rail model
• Gold-coloured receptor is 1.01”/26mm diameter
• Attaches to the header using QD^™ technology
• QD™ Nut Assembly included**
• Uses the either the 33058P, 33060P or 33060P.1 nylon finger, sold separately

• Forward lifting point that is 5.5”/140mm long
• Leaves approximately 3”/75mm of stubble
• A multi-purpose finger that works well in a variety of soils, even damp clay soil

33058P   Nylon Finger with Pad (1.01” x 5.5”/26mm x 140mm)

• Forward lifting point that is 5.5”/140mm long with a touchdown pad on the underside
• Leaves approximately 2”-3”/50mm-75mm of stubble
• Works well in rocky, dry or sandy loam soil
• Not recommended for use in wet, heavy, gumbo soil conditions
• 7”/178mm tail

33060P  Nylon Finger  with Pad (1.01” x 7.75”/26mm x 197mm)

• Forward lifting point that is 7.75”/197mm long with a touchdown pad on the underside
• Leaves approximately 2”-4”/50mm-102mm of stubble
• Works well in rocky, dry or sandy loam soil
• Not recommended for use in wet, heavy, gumbo soil conditions
• 7”/178mm tail

33060P.1    Nylon Finger with Pad, no tail (1.01” x 7.75”/26mm x 197mm)

• Forward lifting point that is 7.75”/197mm long with a touchdown pad on the underside
• Leaves approximately 2”-4”/50mm – 102mm of stubble
• Works well in rocky, dry or sandy loam soil
• Not recommended for use in wet, heavy, gumbo soil conditions

33064P  Nylon Finger with Fiberglass core (1.01” x 7.75”/26mm x 197mm)

• Fiberglass core for increased durability
• Forward lifting point that is 7.75”/197mm long with a touchdown pad on the underside
• Leaves approximately 2”-4”/50mm-102mm of stubble
• Works well in rocky, dry or sandy loam soil
• Not recommended for use in wet, heavy, gumbo soil conditions

COMPATIBLE STEEL SHOE:

• Can be added to the nylon finger tip when the 33058P or 33060P nylon finger is used with the FlexxiFloat™ 100 crop lifter
