DAM - Temporary Support Steelwork Structures

Our contract comprised of the supply and installation of:

• ‘A’ frame structures to support existing floors during the demolition process.
• Needle beams, temporary RMD raking props and waler system to support the perimeter walls
• Column support gantries to reinforce the buildings two main columns, this included tie bar supports frames to hold the tie rods to secure the columns together, which support parabola shaped roof.

The majority of the steelwork was installed through pockets in the existing floors and walls and a telehandler was utilised throughout the contract due to access restrictions.
