The DECOREX lettuce decoring machine by Ait is the first of its kind in the world with intelligent cutting. This exclusive system eliminates the need for preliminary sorting by size, and increases yields and efficiency in the cutting process.
The DECOREX machine by Ait reduces the need for labour and allows large amounts to be processed at a lower cost.
The DECOREX lettuce decorer scans the size of each head of lettuce entering on the belt and applies a custom cut that is adjusted to each piece. This allows every head to be cut in the exact position to maximise yields, achieving maximum efficiency and control over the end product.
Our machine was designed according to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system guidelines and complies with all health, cleanliness and safety standards. It is fully manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel in our factory located in Tudela, Navarre, Spain.
