Anaergia’s unique AMR™ ammonia recovery technology recovers up to 90% of ammonia nitrogen from anaerobic digestate and can produce a variety of nitrogen digestate fertilizers when combined with acid scrubbing. Our process uses otherwise wasted heat, requires no addition chemicals for carbon dioxide stripping, and features a compact footprint with short hydraulic retention times.
Our PyroSys™ pyrolysis system can be used to convert any type of digestate into Class A-EQ pyrolyzed biosolids. The fully automated process reduces digestate volume, and even eliminates contaminant of emerging concern (CECs), including PFAS and PFOA.
