The three-layer rotary dryer is adopted to dry the dehydrated coconut bran raw materials with a moisture content of about 50% to less than 15% at one time, which is suitable for making portable and environment-friendly coconut bran bricks, convenient for storage and transportation.Cocopeat is the residue left after the coconut shell is shredded. However, when the coconut bran is just got from the coconut shell, it has high water content, high salt content and large impurities, which seriously affected the quality of coconut bran. We have developed a complete set of coconut coir dryer production line to sort, desalt and dehydrate, dry and shape coir bran, realizing green recycling of shredded coconut.
The coco peat has the advantages of strong water absorption capacity, good ventilation performance, resistance to insect decay, health and environmental protection. Therefore, the coconut bran can be widely used as the culture medium for mushroom, melon, fruit, vegetable, flower, plant potting base for high-grade flower, and soilless planting medium for large-scale agricultural crops in desert areas.
