The 5XFZ-80plus dual-stage grain separator integrates primary grading, gravity separation, air separation and dust removal, and secondary gravity separation and grading. It is a mobile grain separator that combines dust removal, double screening, and double grading. In a single processing cycle, it can remove jointed wheatgrass, chaff, bran, awns, dust, light impurities, chaff, sprouted seeds, insect-damaged grains, moldy grains, grains infected with Fusarium head blight or smut, large impurities, and small impurities from crops. Simultaneously, it separates the material into large and small particles, which are then discharged from different outlets.
