DUPIGET VINEYARD is an electrical 12 V device with vertical oscillating jets suitable for treating espalier, pergola, tendone and Geneva Double Curtain vineyards. It distributes covering and systemic products with precision. It differs from DUPIGET OLIVE/ORCHARD only for the dimensions of the nozzles in the standard version.

THE TECHNOLOGY - Vertical oscillation and high pressure guarantee outstanding penetration
The vertical oscillation of the jets and the high pressure (10/20 bar) guarantee outstanding foliage penetration. The oscillation angle is adjustable according to the height of the espalier to be treated, so that the product is always on target without wasting above and below the foliage. In tendone, pergola and Geneva Double Curtain vineyards, the bars need to be positioned differently depending on the type of crop layout.
PERFECT SYMMETRY
The symmetry is almost perfect.
On a scale of 0 to 100, where 0% is perfection and the acceptable limit is 15%, DUPIGET VIGNETO has values close to 0 (DISAFA data - University of Turin, 2015).
POSSIBILITY OF WORKING ON ONE SIDE ONLY
DUPIGET VIGNETO works simultaneously on both sides, with the possibility of working only on the right or left only in a simple and rapid way.
PLENTY OF ADJUSTMENTS FOR PERFECT RESULTS
The adjustments are multiple:
- Working height (sprayer positioning)
- Oscillating range (angle adjustment)
- Jet spraying width (adjustable nozzle)
- Inclination of individual nozzles (adjustable nozzle)
These adjustments allow you to be on target at all times, optimising treatment and reducing product waste as much as possible.
SIZE OF DROPLETS
Use DUPIGET VIGNETO with a pressure of 10 to 20 bar.
Droplets of different size are generated according to the adjustment of the jet spraying width and the operating pressure.
For example:
High pressure (20 bar) and very open spraying jets (smaller distance) generate fine droplets (greater drift).
Low pressure (10 bar) with a closed spraying jet (larger distance) generate larger droplets (lower drift).
Select the most suitable adjustments according to the product to be sprayed and the weather conditions, trying to generate the least possible drift.
CAN BE APPLIED TO ANY SYSTEM
DUPIGET VIGNETO can be applied to any system, whether carried or towed, fitted with a tank and high pressure pump.
RECOMMENDED PUMP
We recommend a medium or high pressure pump (minimum 20 bar, maximum 50 bar) with a minimum flow rate of 50 l/minute.
The sprayer cannot operate with low pressure pumps.
