Duraplas - Rigi Board
Focused on fabrication and project materials and made from 100% recycled HDPE plastic, our Duraplas® Rigi Board provides a cost-effective, durable and sustainable alternative to traditional materials such as timber & plywood. On account of its stiffness and rigidity, our Rigi Board is both water and chemical resistant. This ensures that it can withstand year-round weather conditions, and fulfill its whole life application for longer than traditional materials.
Apart from its impressive strength and durability, Duraplas Rigi Board is also very low maintenance. This has resulted in it being used to provide support for a wide range of applications from protective trailer and pallet lining, agricultural solutions and sheep pens, as well as secure storage boxes.
In order to support our clients and end users, we offer our Duraplas® Rigi Board in customisable dimensions and textures, available in either a smooth or embossed surface.

Duraplas® Rigi Board played a role in creating Pelipod secure lockers, which has benefited BT’s Final Mile project. With the goal of reducing pick-up and travel times for their engineers, BT worked with Pelipod to install secure deposit lockers for spare parts and tools to be stored. This allows BT engineers to improve job efficiency and reach more customers. Duraplas® Rigi Board is used to create a secure external structure for Pelipod – keeping its contents safe and protected from weather conditions.
