SteinerDynamic Fodder Mixing Plant with Wet Corn Feeding

SHARE

Dynamic fodder mixing plants with wet corn feeding offer an efficient approach to mixing and distributing poultry feed. Unlike traditional systems with a single weighing hopper, these plants are capable of producing much larger quantities of fodder. Utilizing smart algorithms, the system can seamlessly transfer the right fodder recipe to each barn or compartment according to specific requirements. The system’s design allows for flexible control of mills and agitators, providing the option to add oil when necessary. This adaptability not only saves on costs and energy consumption but also addresses and mitigates potential technical challenges that were common in older systems, marking a significant advancement in poultry feeding technology.

A. Mixing fodder – Dynamic fodder mixing plant with wet corn feeding

Our dynamic fodder mixing plant allows you to mix fodder from up to 12 components (including wet corn /wet grains) for up to 8 barns. This means that your own fodder can be produced cost-effectively and efficiently directly on the farm. Because the fodder is always freshly prepared, it can be fed flexibly and optimally according to the nutritional requirements of the animals.

Conventional and wet corn silos of all designs and discharge forms can be integrated into the system. The individual components are dynamically and continuously fed into the dosing and conveying system in the correct portions.

In contrast to systems with a single weighing hopper, much larger quantities of fodder can be produced and, thanks to smart algorithms, it can also be transferred directly to each barn or compartment with the correct recipe. What’s more, mills and agitators can be controlled flexibly, or oil can be added if required.

B. Mixing fodder – mixing system with weighing hopper

This system allows you to mix fodder from up to eight components with a weighing mixer. Valuable farm-grown fodder such as grains can be supplemented with other additional components and thus processed into high-quality mixed fodder. As a result, costs can be saved and fodder can be provided in different recipes according to the animals’ requirements.

Silos of all designs can be integrated into the system. The individual components are fed into a weighing hopper or weighing mixer according in the correct portions.

The contents of the weighing hopper are emptied into the intermediate hopper of the respective barn on sensor request. To control the fodder chains, 10 individual start times per barn are available for filling the fodder trays from the intermediate hopper.
