Significantly lower saturated bulk density than standard soil blends. Manufactured using a range of lightweight materials that do not degrade and breakdown. Lighter – significantly lower saturated bulk density compared to standard soil blends. Good drainage. Resists soil slumping.

Our Rooftop Garden Soil provides a light weight growing medium which also holds significant amounts of water.  We are able to produce a variety of blends for individual job and specifications.  All blends have a focus on strong water holding capacity whilst maintaining drainage and light-weight characteristics.

These are ready to plant products with peats, organic fractions, diatomaceous earth, spongolite and perlite.  Our Rooftop Garden Soil is a slightly alkaline product.  If using with acid loving plants e.g. azaleas, camellias and gardenias, blending with an acid based medium is recommended.
