BioLogic - Ecomask Topdressing Spray
Ecomask is our recommended product for killing fleas and is especially well suited for hot and dry climates. Our Ecomask Topdressing can be spread by hand on the lawn or garden. This formulation provides a longer shelf life than our nematode spray products.
Ecomask is our recommended product for treating fleas. The nematodes in Ecomask are a hybrid strain of S. carpocapsae, selected by BioLogic for their thicker body which indicates larger energy reserves with greater activity than other strains on the market.
This formulation and directions for topdressing application protects the nematodes from heat, UV light, and drying out. For spray applications we recommend Ecomask Spray.
Shelf life: 6 months, refrigerated
Storage: Refrigerate at 38F to retain full potency until marked expiration date.
Nematode Species: Steinernema carpocapsae
Safety: These natural “insect eating” nematodes do not harm people, plants, pets or other beneficials including bees, earthworms and ladybugs. Though non-toxic, the inert carrier is not meant for consumption and may cause digestive upset. Keep out of reach of children.
Compatibility: Compatible with most common herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and other beneficial controls.
Directions
Mix contents of the Ecomask container with moist carrier (potting soil, vermiculite or peat moss). Apply at dusk if possible. Water area to be treated before and after application. To apply, distribute mixture by hand concentrating on affected areas.
